We’re NOT a traditional doula agency. We’re a close-knit, high-end boutique practice devoted to walking with families through their ENTIRE pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

Current Open Positions
Demand for our services is rapidly growing across Chicagoland, and we’re always open to connecting with the right potential team members. While we may not be actively hiring for every role at all times, we’re prayerfully expanding—and we welcome early conversations with those who are deeply aligned with our mission and values.
Birth Doulas
Experienced, dependable doulas who offer calm, skilled support and a professional presence. Must be available for at least 2 clients per month and able to commit to our high standards of communication and client care.
Postpartum Doulas (New Service Launching Soon)
Gentle, nurturing caregivers who are passionate about supporting families in the early newborn days and weeks. Flexible overnight availability preferred.
Lactation Professionals
Certified lactation professionals (CLCs & IBCLCs) offering compassionate, evidence-based care for ALL feeding journeys. In-home and Telehealth availability is ideal.
