Shortly after we moved back to the US in the summer of 2014, I become pregnant again with Mordecai (aka Mordy in our family). Like with Ketzi, I suffered from HG and was throwing up anywhere from 5-10 times per day.

Probably the number one thing almost all my clients want to know is my own birth stories. It’s somewhat controversial in the doula world to share your own birth stories, but mine are quite varied and I think that’s one of the things that makes me so open-minded about whatever my Elgin Doula Moms want for their own pregnancies and births.
The Last Few Months
It’s been quite a busy few months since my last blog post. I had a difficult tail end of my pregnancy with gestational hypertension, but baby Cyrus arrived safely on March 8th and we are all quite smitten!
